Our Dance Competitions

Mr. Folklórico is proud to present its 2nd Annual Dance Competition.

The vision of the 2o. Concurso Anual de Baile Mr. Folklórico is to educate in the “Art of Mexican Dance” in a positive way. This is an opportunity to enrich one’s knowledge and to contribute to the preservation of our dance traditions.

The spirit of the 2o. Concurso Anual de Baile Mr. Folklórico is to instill cultural pride, historical perspective, dance techniques and artistic interpretation of the Folklórico dance world. To achieve this goal, the competition will be judged by a panel of Professional Instructors.

We understand the time that instructors, directors and parents invest in preparing and training their dancers to present them on stage. That is why the 2o. Concurso Anual de Baile Mr. Folklórico is a contest where the students and dancers come first. Our judges will critique every performance in a positive manner. Keeping in mind we are here to help to enhance their dance talent and to improve their self esteem.
